Bioclimatic Design

Our offices occupy a high-technology complex designed to make the most of the local climate. The building's bioclimatic design delivers the following:

Thermal protection in both winter and summer, through techniques applied to the building envelope (insulation and airtight openings).
Use of solar energy to heat the building in winter and to light it throughout the year (optimal orientation, south-facing openings).
Protection from summer sun through shading, and removal of accumulated heat through natural ventilation and passive cooling.
Comfortable conditions indoors: good natural light, effective ventilation and a stable temperature.

Recycling Practices

Every day we improve on how we work in order to become more ecological. Using current filing technology and a local network, we avoid unnecessary printing. We recycle every waste stream we produce and refill our printer cartridges. Equipment and batteries we no longer need are deposited safely at designated recycling points.

Energy Awareness

We use a modern, low-consumption central climate control system and environmentally friendly lamps.

Sustainability
